I must admit, I tried the competition first. I purchased a 2 dog walker from (Name Removed) for about $200 less than yours. Everything was hunkey-dorey until the belt came off. I called (Name Removed) for some help with it as the unit was only 1 month old.
Before I could finish what I was saying, the phone disconnected. I tried calling back and my phone calls were never answered!
Luckily enough, A friend of mine who is mechanically minded came over and helped me get the belt back on. That luck wasn’t to last though when 5 minutes later the belt came off again. That is when I decided to call you and that is one decision I have not regretted. The walker I purchased off you has not skipped a beat in the 100 odd hours that it has been through and my dogs are in peak condition.
So thanks for your help, and the Quickstart Box did make a difference, (Name Removed) has come second in Bulli, where before her best was 5th.
